Prior to becoming Chief Executive Officer of Foodpro Limited, Margarita worked as an Investment Banker at Renaissance Capital, a leading global investment bank. She was involved in Corporate Advisory, Mergers & Acquisitions and Debt as well as Equity Capital Market Transactions out of the Lagos office.

Following this, she worked as an Investment Associate at Uhuru Capital Limited, a sub-Saharan Private Equity firm with an initial focus on West Africa. At Uhuru Capital she focused on principal equity investments in the Finance, Consumer and Health Care Sectors. She also provided Corporate Advisory services to Foodpro Limited in a consulting capacity for 1 year whilst at Uhuru Capital.
Margarita has a Bachelors Degree from the University of Reading in the United Kingdom
